Terms of use

Version 1.0 · Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms govern the use of Flisgo (flisgo.app), a free app for managing shared expenses and planning group trips. By creating your account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Luca Acosta Iglesias, contactable at support@flisgo.app. Full details are in the legal notice.

2. Your account

  • You must provide truthful information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • You must be at least 14 years old.
  • Let us know if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Flisgo for illegal purposes or to harm or bother other people;
  • upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights, or other people’s personal data without their knowledge;
  • try to access other users’ data, bypass security measures or overload the service;
  • use the service in an automated or abusive way, including the AI features.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, notifying you where possible.

4. Expenses and debts: for information only

Flisgo’s record of expenses, debts and settlements is for information only: it lets the participants of a budget keep track. Any participant can add, edit or delete expenses and record the payment of a debt between two people in the budget. Flisgo does not process payments or transfer money between users, does not verify that an expense or a settlement is real, does not act as an intermediary and does not guarantee or claim the collection of any debt. Marking a debt as settled only changes the record. Real payments are made outside the app and at your own responsibility.

5. Content and other people’s data

The content you enter is yours and you allow us to store it and show it to the participants you invite, solely to provide the service. Participants of a budget or trip can see each other’s names and the data you share. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to do so.

6. Artificial intelligence features

Itineraries and chat replies are generated by an AI and may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date (opening hours, prices, availability, distances). Check them before booking or travelling. Some features may be in beta and may change or be withdrawn.

7. Availability and liability

Flisgo is a free service provided “as is”. We try to make it work properly, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or error-free, and it may be modified, interrupted or closed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the information in the app, or for losses arising from payments you make outside it. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Doing so deletes your sessions and credentials and anonymises your personal data. Budgets and trips you shared with other people continue to exist for them, and your expenses and debts in them are kept and still count in their balances, under the name “Flisgo” and an identifier instead of yours. If you were the only person in a budget or trip, it is deleted completely. More details in the privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

Flisgo’s design, code and brand belong to its owner. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as permitted by law.

10. Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms. We will publish the new version on this page, with its date and version number, and notify you of significant changes. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you are protected by the consumer protection rules of your place of residence and you may go to the courts that correspond to you.
